What does your veterinarian in Vietnam say about the flea and tick treatments that are available (online and through vets) for dogs? With a monthly application of Frontline Plus, a topical treatment which is said to kill fleas, flea eggs, ticks (brown dog ticks, lone star ticks, deer ticks, and American dog ticks) and chewing lice, our dogs have never had any problems with fleas or ticks. If that isn't effective in S.E. Asia, maybe a daily swim in your chlorinated (?) pool will help?? I'll be hoping for the best! Equally exciting (not) is our armadillo that decided to make a nightly appearance in the last couple of weeks. Chester would go bonkers and I was afraid to let him out. I'll bet if I showed an armadillo photo it would freak out the locals there as much as that DRAGON makes me shudder!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01287491309379401724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5617858597327297537.post-35540403038140968532013-04-19T00:42:39.623+07:002013-04-19T00:42:39.623+07:00Hi Leslie

It the fleas and ticks that are driving us crazy at the moment...Spring in a tropical environment is like nothing I have seen before..everything comes out to play...even snakes and forest dragons.Jeanne Henriqueshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07986759909478180763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5617858597327297537.post-76492857074478143172013-04-19T00:38:48.593+07:002013-04-19T00:38:48.593+07:00Thx Brenda! :)

If the forest dragon did not end up eating the dead snake, can we assume that the snake attacked the forest dragon rather than vice versa? The colors on the forest dragon are glorious...I hope he finds a mate. Have the wild creatures in your garden stayed away from your dog? The name that comes to mind when I look at the forest dragon is Atticus.
